Locked after first use
I got this unit because it has the highest rating but after about 10 minutes of use I was offered to install a new firmware which I did, which resulted in an immediate " "bricking" of the scanner. The manufacturer has a user forum for general discussion only, so no direct help is available. I ended up going back and buying another one. As for the included app concerned - not too good - I had connection problems to the scanner and then connected the scanner to the controller - for a fairly expensive and high priced piece I would have expected better integration.
