The lid itself is fine. How Revane chose to ship the cap in a plastic bag instead of a box is another story. The bag with the lid is provided with a clearly visible "delivery in a box" sticker to prevent damage. My hat arrived bent and deformed. I tried it on and it definitely didn't match the shape of the new cap. I currently have the cap wrapped around the bottle with rubber bands to help get it back into shape. Not perfect!
