I bought one of these pillows for myself and loved it so much that I bought this for my mum. We both have cervical issues and this pillow is helping. We wake up less at night and sleep better. We both have longer necks and most pillows don't support our necks like this one. To be honest, oh there was sometime when this pillow didn't work, I'll stop buying different pillows to try. This was my 6th in a year. Now all my aches aren't gone, it's not magic, but it's the best I've found after trying all types of buckwheat pillows, my pillow, and Costco's base pillow.
