This is a pair of walking shoes with rubber soles. There is no fiber thread on the sneaker, but the upper is reminiscent of a nylon-polyester mix with a diamond structure. The soles have a light texture to keep them from slipping on wet surfaces. The insoles are said to be memory foam, but they're pretty thin. The laces are regular laces. The heels have tongues. The word "RUN" is written in large white letters on the front of the tongues. The shoes were made in China. I think this shoe is suitable for home and short walks. The color is pleasant and the appearance is quite acceptable. If I were to wear them for longer walks I would definitely like to add thicker insoles. And I would never want to walk in those shoes, at least no further than the bus stop. The shoes are flexible and comfortable enough to be worn as indoor shoes all the time. I usually wear size 7.5-8. These size 8 shoes fit me perfectly. Overall, this is a good choice for a budget hiking shoe.
