Bad product, bad customer support.
That stopped cooling in less than 10 months. I've tried resetting it, erasing it, and even running it on AC power. Contacted support a week ago and heard nothing. Now I'm left with a cooler with a digital thermometer that tells me when to take the ice cream mug out of the freezer to keep the temperature decently cold. Bad product, bad customer support.
