Loved how easy it was, just pop out exactly as described! I rescue animals, mostly cats. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs so I need to be able to carefully house my rescued animals until they see the vet and also help them feel safe. I brought an adult Siamese cat here after a big storm; he was soaked and dirty; At that time I only had one cage and I covered it with blankets and towels to keep it dry, warm and comfortable. I ordered this playpen because he got cage scared; The next day I found out that he had been too far in the past. He immediately felt uncomfortable in this wonderful arena! I left the roof and a door open after he was at the vet and it was so nice to see him peaceful and comfortable! I have 2 feelings about the floor; It's nice to be able to take it off to clean, and I liked the idea that it could be laying on the carpet outside on the lawn at our house for a 'real' surface feel. However, if he tried to get out, I think he could get to where there is no velcro. I think this is a 5 star product and a very affordable price. Redemption is expensive by any measure, so affordability itself is 5 stars! I'd like to have another one so I have a backup if I'm rescuing more than one animal at a time!
