I bought these for my first grader who is not good at wearing pants. We haven't had them long enough to comment on durability, but the fit and material seem promising - not stiff, but not too flimsy either. The adjustable waist can actually slim down, allowing me to increase the size and expand the fit for my child whose legs seem to be growing faster than the rest of their body.
