Stopped working on the FIRST project it was used on.
This product stopped working for me when I first tried it. I've used it for maybe 100 finishing nails in an outdoor charcoal cabinet and 2 meals for a smoker. The return window closed for me on August 23rd, today is September 9th. VERY dissatisfied and disappointed. Just stopped shooting. Now only air comes out near the trigger. So upset. Update #1: I contacted the seller, received an email the same day and was informed that a new nailer was being shipped today. Will be updated again upon receipt. Update #2: To recap this stopped working on Wednesday, I sent a message to the Castlerock Tools seller on Thursday. Answered Thursday evening. On Friday the seller informed me that another nailer would be sent to me. I received the nailer on Tuesday. Great customer service, great product support. 5 Stars. Thanks CastleRockTools.
