I sleep on my side and need a firm and comfortable pillow. After researching at least a dozen pillows/manufacturers, looking at "Top 10" lists, and reading Revain reviews, I was confident that these pillows were exactly what I wanted/needed. I was wrong. These pillows are not firm and do not support my head or shoulders at all. After taking them out of the box, I let them "flap" on their own for over 12 hours. Problem? They fluffed up, but absolutely without support. As I laid my head first on one and then the other, I was disappointed when my head sank so far into the pillow that it was as if I had no pillow under my head, only an air bag.
