I've tried different brands and types of compression pads in the past so I think my opinion is important. This everyday product is by far the best. I have the S, my hips and knees are skinny, it was snug enough to feel compression and get support. I also like that it's smooth and subtle and suits the skin tone. The top has silicon or rubber dots to hold it in place but when I first wore it and for too long (8 hours) my skin was itchy and later became irritated in that area. My friend received the same product and experienced the same hassle, but overall he liked it.
