I couldn't activate this lightbulb with Alexa. I called support, they couldn't give me any advice, the only option was to send it back. I didn't specifically want to go on oops. I had previously purchased the same lamp and had no trouble installing it. second look. there is a Classic on the box right on the box, I didn't understand if there was a difference with these bulbs. The agent I spoke to couldn't explain the difference between the two even though they do the same thing. After some research I found out that this is a singled WIFI lamp. It can be installed via Singled App and access WIFI to install and then use it with Alexa. Now it works.
