Disappointed with the lack of a shoulder strap, nowhere to attach.

I bought this particular bag because the shoulder strap was visible on it. The shoulder strap came with the bag but there is no place on the bag to attach the shoulder strap. The bag itself looks great but without the shoulder strap it's not exactly what I ordered or advertised. Now it's literally bursting at the seams. The bag is very poorly made. Not at all happy with it.
