Review on ZigiOps by Macaiah Arreola

I like how easy it was set up with our Salesforce orgs as well as CRM accounts such that we can easily pull information into other modules without writing any code! The only thing about this tool so far has been its price point (as compared against competitors).

We are using ZIGIOPS primarily because there's not much out here yet when comparing cost/benefit - but if someone else had already come along before us who did have something similar then perhaps my opinion would change slightly? It does what they say though; pulling all sorts or useful info straight off sales force & crm records which saves me having write custom reports every month!
