+ Good durability. I honestly hate how hard it is to open it. Thin and long, but get ready to buy a bottle brush to clean it. Using your hand, especially if you have large hands, is quite painful when trying to push a sponge in. The blender is fine, but it absolutely does NOT completely destroy the protein powder. Reality: It's about average for how awful it is compared to other bottles I've had. good, look If you're here for "mixer bottle technology" then find another bottle. It mixes adequately at best and poorly most of the time. Also, not only is it a hassle to clean, but it's also a total hassle to open the mouthpiece EVERYWHERE. At least it works like a bottle and shakes a little.
