Review on 🎧 Bose Quietcontrol 30 Wireless Headphones - Ultimate Noise Cancelling Experience in Black by Ana Nguyen

Great while they're there. Expect a few months of this.

Let me start by saying that I have always preferred Bose for my audio systems. I've had their audio products in my cars, speakers and headphones for as long as I can remember. I've dabbled with Klipsch and Sony before, but I've always chosen Bose for convenience and quality. They impressed me with balanced sound and headphones I could wear for hours without even having them. I have never been more dissatisfied with a Bose product than this one. When a product works, it's great. The battery life is solid, the headphones are comfortable, the sound is great and balanced and the noise cancellation? Great. However, these great features only last a few months before you have to shell out more money to enjoy them again. back to support. The same thing that happened the first time happened again: extremely loud static coming out of my left earbud. Same problem, same earpiece, just lasted a little longer. My first pair lasted 3 months (or less) and after replacing this pair lasted about 6 more. When the wire coming out of the housing unit wiggles or moves, static fills my ear and stays constant. Cannot be silenced. Your designs are just awful. If you don't wear them permanently in your ear, you have to take them off. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend keeping this thing around your neck unless you have it in your ears. The earbuds act like "fishhook" hooking or hanging on EVERYTHING as you do everyday tasks like bending over to pick something up. I think this is the cause of my problem. When they hang they pull the wire slightly out of the case that sits on the neck and over time the connection becomes unstable and then there is this wonderful static noise. For €300 I expected a lot more from Bose. Yes, customer service was great and replaced them the next day, but I didn't have to rely on excellent customer service to replace a $300 item every few months. Unless they develop a new version with a retractable earbud (like the LG Tones), then I don't think I'll ever recommend it. The noise-cancellation can be great, but I'd go with the QC35 if that's what you need. It shouldn't be dangling cords ruining everything, but who needs a bulky headset on their head instead of lightweight headphones?
