Bought it in 2007 as an option for my Dell XPS 410. I've had it for 8 years now and never had a single problem with it, despite using my computer quite extensively. For what it's worth, the XPS 410 also performs great and I'm constantly upgrading its outdated components. After all this time, there are a few dead pixels here and there on the screen. it actually looks like tiny splotches on the screen but it works great and I wouldn't change it without thinking! I get a maximum resolution of 1680 x 1050, but that might be the maximum resolution of my graphics card. It has many inputs, VGA, DVI-D, S-Video and Composite.
