We just installed them and they look great! There are two versions (regular and decorative sockets (one screw or two)). Check before you buy! They were easy to put together and look like they'll last a long time!

I have standard sockets and I can't plug this in. I think I should have noticed that this socket cover is held on with two screws while we only have one. Instead of using these we now have all new tamper resistant sockets.

I didn't like this case because I don't think it's durable or reliable. I had some tugging for a few days after unplugging the cord, the protective case would not snap into place. Only a few hours later, he began to withdraw. Also, I was only able to use one outlet because the lid covered the other.

Great product and great helper to protect your home from children. They're definitely more expensive than regular outlets, but they're safer and a lot more convenient, especially for outlets that get a lot of use. The only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that the product comes with no screws and as other reviewers have pointed out, typical socket cover screws are probably too short for this cover. I had to buy new screws to install them.

First of all, the previous review mentioned that no screws are included. The product I received actually had screws, and they were longer than the screws I removed from the bearing cap. The product also includes a rectangular piece of foam that matches decor style sockets and provides draft isolation.
