Despite the fact that this is a nice-looking and solid gate when properly installed, I give it just 1 star because their specifications and instructions have two very serious errors that made what should have been a quick-and-simple installation into a nightmare.I wanted the 'drill' installation option because this gate is to hold back a large dog. They conveniently included a drilling template; you just hang the template on the door frame, mark the holes, and drill and screw in the cups. Piece

I think I received a package someone returned. It looked like a gate had been re-packaged. The Zip tie was already cut when I opened the package. I didn't receive the position plate, or the spanner. I also didn't received the bottom lock. I need those items so I can use my gate correctly, Please send me those items, otherwise, I will have to return this gate and get a full refund.

I would not recommend putting this at the top or bottom of stairs.This was kinda hard to put together BUT it’s is very useful and sturdy!Keeps our little ones out of trouble and safe.

Bought this because I heard my 5 year old could easily use it and she can easily open without any issues. It keeps the dogs and baby contained when we need to. We also love the auto close feature too.

Its easy and sturdy enough for our smart tot to enter the dining area to destroy my keyboards and break things! It took only 25 mins to finish from unboxing to installation. I loved how its straightforward from the manual to how it must be attach on both walls, perfect for what i need and i trusted these brand/company as I had used them in years! This is a great gate! Good looking, sturdy comes put together, you just have to put the locks on (predrilled holes) it’s heavy, definitely a quality product! I would recommend it and I would buy it again! Those 2 messy chihuahuas won’t be getting in my dining room again! Haha

Perfect fence for blocking off our mud room with trash can and shoes in it from our puppy. Easy to install and the gate is easy to use.

Install was easy, it fit perfect between corner walls in front of steps. Keeps new puppy on tile and off carpet! That's my feedback.

It fits securely in place. When opening package it looks like the frame is bent but it is made this way so you can put tension on it. Fits nice and tight in my opening. It comes with add on pieces to fit a verity of different sizes. Easy to use and install.

It's one of the few products you can find these days that is actually well-designed and well-made. It's sturdy, a breeze to install, and easy to operate. After two months it's still like new, no issues, and it serves the purpose really well. Recommended!

they matched our deck railing but I think they slipped off the railing to easy maybe a better side holder then the plastic circles

While flexible for width, this gate is sturdy! As grandparents, our little ones are not always here so the door open option is fantastic for us. We no longer rush around getting gates in place; instead, the gate remains up and ready to use for them.or our pet.

This is a well constructed gate that can span a wide opening. The top of my stairs' opening is 55" and this gate still feels pretty secure even spanning that large of an opening. Very happy with my purchase of this gate.

This gate is to keep our new wirehair doxie from wandering thru the hall to the bedrooms and front entry. Got sick of looking at the giant TV box we were using to block that hallway.🤣Easy set up. Latch is stiff but I think it will loosen up with use.

The only reason I have installation 4 stars was because on large openings, it really needs 2 people to hold all of the additional side pieces onto the main piece while the other person screws in the feet. Doing it by myself, I had to try to hold the main gate section + one of the extensions while attempting to extend out the feet to hold the gate in place.only takes about 10-15 minutes to set up the fence completely, but if the sections locked onto the main section, that would have made life…

I have 2 puppies and have been trying to barricade them from the living room with other gates/fencing but everything else was a pain. This is wonderful and so easy to move through with the gate/door. Takes a bit in the initial install but once you have it set up, it's great!

We are very pleased with this gate so far, have had it a week. Easily installed. We are using it to keep a new puppy in our kitchen area. We move through easily, even our grandkids (6 and 9) can easily get in or out.
