We have received a new king size mattress and found that it is not the same size as our old one. Buyers should be aware that there is no longer a standard size mattress and it is difficult to find suitable sheets when the mattress depth is shallow. We have 10-11 inches. I couldn't find them in the store. I ordered a set that said 12 inches deep and they were HUGE; not just bags, but the whole sheet. I turned over the seams at the corners and sewed on elastics to hold them in place. But we slept in the folds below us. I found this single sheet on Revain; they fit very well and don't pop out. I think they feel nice and wash well. My only concern is that the material at the top and bottom doesn't reach the bottom of the mattress; it flexes but they stay put so I'm very happy with them. I found it a bit pricey for a sheet but I still don't use the top sheet. If you're looking to buy a new mattress, you can measure your old mattress and springs and compare the sizes so you don't have this problem.
