ZERO stars for: 1.) The play button does not stay pressed. It will pop out as soon as you let go. 2.) The thin plastic door does absolutely nothing to keep the cartridge securely in place. 3.) Terribly Loud Electronics Design - LOUD constant HOOM mixed with music. This is NOT typical tape hiss. It's completely different and I can only imagine it's because of the cheapest headphone amplifier circuit. Such a waste. I'm sending it back! Better look on Ebay for a new (old stock) or used player from a quality brand.
