So far great for wellness and relaxation
I bought it a week ago. I have neck arthritis which also causes shoulder stiffness and migraines. I have used a different type of product over the past few years which has helped a little but they were poorly made and I had to replace them quite often. It is very soft, falls on the shoulders and a small part of the neck. It has 3 levels of vibration as well as a heating pad that gets hot but not too hot like regular ones. It relaxes and soothes your tired, stiff, aching neck. I am so pleased with it that I will be ordering a replacement so I have another if this one stops working.
