I was very disappointed with this product. These boots have a plastic lining, not fabric. As a result, it is very difficult to slide your feet over the ankle area, which is always the narrowest part. I've tried to solve this problem by applying lotion to my legs before take off and wearing long pants made of soft fabric so my legs don't stick to the lining. Unfortunately, the compression resulted in significant bruising. Manufacturers should be aware that many people who need improved circulation, are heart patients, take anticoagulants, or just deal with old, dry skin that bruises easily. (It actually bleeds under the skin creating red or dark spots.) Sorry I can't be more positive but that reflects my experience. The boots are now back in the box and stored for later disposal.
