Works and looks very nice on the outside of my toilet. In this price range I am satisfied. However, I had to deduct a star as I had to bend the stem a bit to make it work. The product comes with a stem that is preformed in a series of right angle bends at various angles. The instructions show you how to install it in two ways. The kit includes a tiny Allen key for loosening and then tightening the stem. With traditional toilets, you mount it at one end; the other end is for side flush toilets. I installed it in my side flush toilet. It still didn't fit at first, and I had to twist and bend it creatively to keep it from banging against the internal mountings and making high-level contact with the top of the tank. Not scary. just a bit of extra creativity involved. Now everything is in order. Durability looks "good" but don't expect much here. If it takes 3 or 4 years I will be happy. For goodness sake, it's a $21 flash pen!
