We bought another brand that claimed to be porcelain but found the paint was peeling. This device was actually inferior in design. When we installed the Keeney product it was easy to install and made from quality materials. The product arrived on time and we are very happy with it.

Mid 30's mom of 6 installed alone in about 2 minutes. He is beautiful and persistent. Heavy metal, not plastic. We recently renovated our 100+ year old bathroom (trying to bring it out of the 70's and bring it back to its original look) so this toilet handle is perfect for what we are about to do! Admittedly it was only about an hour, but so far so good! 100% recommended!

This universal kit for replacing a broken toilet handle was easy to use. My toilet has a side handle so I had to use the Allen key that came with it to turn the lever. The instructions were easy to use and understandable. The only difficulty was bending the lever so that it didn't touch the walls or the lid of the toilet bowl. The whole system makes a solid and well-made impression.

Purchased to match sink handles. great product, very easy to assemble, durable, BUT, and can it all be on me, I install this on the toilet tank, so the original in a house built in 1960! The grip will not sit flush with the tank because the plastic backing of the grip will not fit through the hole in the tank. As I said, very old toilet. but with a slightly raised hand of the container lid it is almost imperceptible. And it matches the sink handles!

This is an easy install but will require some thought depending on the style and brand of toilet. I had to bend the rod towards the center of the tank due to the curvature of the front of my tank. I also have to cut about 4 inches of the rod because it hits the gas cap when flushing. These were all very small issues that needed to be addressed. the weight of the hardware to bring it back to the neutral state. Nice handle, but if your toilet handle isn't offset enough to the left (meaning the lids touch the handle when they're up), the bottom lid won't stay up and for us boys , which means holding the lid in one hand and guessing something in the other, lol. Works and looks very nice on the outside of my toilet. In this price range I am satisfied. However, I had to deduct a star as I had to bend the stem a bit to make it work. The product comes with a stem that is preformed in a series of right angle bends at various angles. The instructions show you how to install it in two ways. My wife loves the look of the porcelain chrome handle, its strong grip and the fact that it never sticks (wash it off and forget it).
