Nice handle, but if your toilet handle isn't offset enough to the left (meaning the lids touch the handle when they're up), the bottom lid won't stay up and for us boys , which means holding the lid in one hand and guessing something in the other, lol. My guess is that after some time (months not years) the tension in the hinge will ease off a bit. This is the bathroom IMO so of course we apologized as we had guests recently. The lid didn't do this when it was first installed so I think I exited the return policy window and am now stuck with an incompatible useless handle unless all my future guests are women lol.
