Leaks everywhere

I had my doubts even before using this thing because the nut didn't feel in the middle. These doubts were confirmed when the nut was not tightened enough to ensure strength. Or rather, it was too crooked to be compacted, as evidenced by the mating pattern on the inner washer. Pass this.
