NextPlease solved many problems which were plaguing

The ability to easily track customer feedback through our website, as well has having it integrated with Salesforce so we can see what features are being requested by customers in real time! There is nothing I dislike about this program at all-it's very simple for us business users who have little coding experience or skillset (but want something that will help keep up w/our sales team). If you're looking into tracking user suggestions from within an internal tool like ours without requiring additional software then please use nextplease!! It allows me & my coworkers access quickly when needed during out busy season of selling homes while keeping them informed via email updates regarding new issues reported internally.-the ease of using their ticket system makes reporting back information much easier than writing emails individually.

  • The ease of use and the fact that it's an all in one software that does the job!
Cons
  • I wish they had more options for customization
  • I wish we could have more than 10 tickets per page
