The ability to create custom fields for our customers. Very easy to use once you get used to it. It can be difficult at times to find specific information in some of the screens so having someone who knows what they are doing would help. Having an option to send files directly from your email account instead of saving them onto your computer will make things easier when sending large amounts of data. We have been able to streamline processes where previously there was no way for us to automate certain tasks.
