I ordered this hat for the upcoming wedding. This is a wide brim ORGANZA hat. It came in a plastic bag that was sent in a small Prime package. Not only was it smashed in the plastic bag, it was smashed again to fit in the main mailer. Additionally, the hat contained no instructions on how to proceed to fix the hat's many broken problems. Need ironing? Should it be sprinkled with water and set on God knows what to try and get the crown of the hat into the shape it should be? How do you deal with a hat brim that's so mangled you can't tell where the brim goes? It's now 10-8-19 and I've tried to do a few things to make the hat look like the picture above. All my efforts have had very little success. I will give it 2 more days and if there is no SIGNIFICANT improvement I will return the hat in the plastic bag it came in.
