I like this product. Finding a water heater where the hot water didn't touch the plastic wasn't easy. I had some minor issues with this order. When it was first delivered, the package was damaged inside. the shipping box was intact. So someone sent a damaged box. I had to return it. When I did my first heat test, the auto shutoff was really taking too long to turn off. I was worried. but it doesn't seem to happen anymore or I have to send it back again. it is really very elegant and simple. nothing fantastic. it just works and looks good. Nice German technique.
