Once you sleep on a silk pillowcase you won't go back to any other material :) a person who sleeps with his Face buried in a pillow, that's why I wake up with a million wrinkles on my face, and if you're over 35, those wrinkles stay on your face for half a day! I can't say I wake up with no wrinkles on my face with this pillowcase, but it's minimal, sometimes no wrinkles at all and just because I sleep with my face buried in the pillow! I also have very thick and unruly hair so I go to bed with crazy unruly hair and wake up with silky straight hair, looks like someone straightened my hair while I was sleeping! Overall I love this pillowcase and cannot recommend it highly enough for minimizing sleep lines and getting silky smooth hair! UPDATE: I deducted 3 stars as the quality dropped drastically after the first HAND WASH. This pillowcase is no longer as smooth and silky as it was before washing. Now I'm not sure if this is real silk and why this pillowcase looks and feels like crap after washing.
