Good news or bad news first.
Bought this knife to cut french fries. What a disappointment. Julianne's blade barely grazed the potato. I ended up with some oddly cut potatoes. I went ahead and fried them and the flavor was good but it wasn't what I wanted. I still want some curly fries.
