Stopped working after about 30 days
I purchased a Prunus J-982 radio and received the item on 28th February 2020. The radio worked fine for about a month, but now every time I try to use it the sound completely disappears after a few minutes. I would like to return the item for a refund or replacement, please. The email address listed for support on the Prunus website returns all emails with a "delivery failed" message.
