Wow! What a beautiful table. This is a replacement for a vinyl coated chart table that is sagging and wobbling and appears to be after adequate maintenance and in need of retirement. In its place, this 34" square is a table the same size as the one I had before but 2" taller and stronger than the rock as each of the legs is supported by a crossbar. And it is undeniably a vastly superior product when compared to a vinyl covered card table. The table top is lightly textured white polyethylene and is approximately 1 3/4 inches thick; The legs and stems are all grey, each leg has a black rubber protective cap. I use a plastic tablecloth for sewing and painting (preferred), but that's not necessary, nothing gets dirty or sticky on this tabletop; I have the same tray table. I am so happy to have found this table the size I need for my crafts.
