Extremely dark picture
I bought this many years ago but never used it, now my new TV has no component so I dusted it off and gave it a try. Contrast seems to be stretched to the limit, meaning there's a lack of detail in the dark areas of the image. This means that if you play a game with a night level, you are completely blind. Very annoying. This can be useful for those who need to be able to view component output but don't care about image quality. Maybe if you're just trying to connect an audio-to-HDMI adapter or something. If you use an image, I do not recommend it.
