The main difference is the magnetic charger. Slightly larger than the G10 but slightly better/deeper sound. The battery is a bit smaller but seems to hold a charge a bit better. My main gripe with the G11 over the G10 is the lack of a red LED. This makes charging a bit confusing. G10 turns red when charging, turns blue when fully charged. The G11 just stays blue so you don't know when it's fully charged. Overall a great product, but so is the G10. To be honest, if you're trying to decide which one to buy, I recommend just going with what's cheaper at the moment. The pros and cons are the same for each and I use them both for the same amount of time.
