12.8" x 9" laptop barely Did Fit. I had to insert it upside down into the pocket formed under the zipper first and then squeeze kinda sideways thro the opening into the pack, but it works. Once in there my laptop swims around. Manufacturer take note: the zipper opening is not big enough compared to the ample space inside. Bought the medium bag (black). Excellent. Light-weight. Allows me to be hands-free without concern that items inside can be stolen. Zipper for access inside backpack is against your back. Great for travel or for daytime use. Small front-zippered pocket good for tissues, chapped stick, anything that you need to access quickly. 2 Side pouches great for water bottle, sunglasses, etc. Very comfortable straps.

This is my go to bag. Too small for longer trips! It is roomy and able to hold all my necessities. It is a multi-purpose bag.

This little backpack is small but mighty. I managed to flight clothing and personals for a 3 day trip in it and it still looks nice and fashionable. Yes, the shoulder straps slide and they are not firm but even with that minor inconvenience I would buy this again and keep recommending it. It's wonderful!

Loved my purse. That's my feedback. Seemed quality on outside (no complaints there) but the inside tore very easily after light use.

The bag seems fine but the strap broke on the first day. The actual metal latch, so I cannot use one of the main functions No padding for fragile items.

Just returned from Italy and the backpack held up great! It felt very safe because the access to the inside is from the back. I knew I had picked the right backpack when our tour guide in Florence showed me she had the exact same one!

It worked well for what I needed it for. It didn't rain the days I used it so iam not sure if the waterproof worked that was my main reason to buy it.

I used this for travel in Italy. It is safe as far as the opening of the back is secure against your body. The straps do not seem to be slash resistant.Overall it was a good buy and will use again

I ordered the small and it was way too small. Did not have seperate pockets . Also the plastic looked cheap. I decided to purchase a more expense bag.
