This product is great for washing fruit. I mix the mixture in a large bowl and soak the fruit in it for a few minutes while stirring. You need the amount of dirt that comes from the grapes! Amazing and terrifying. Just rinsing will not remove all the dirt. It's soap, so it needs to be washed off. No aftertaste when rinsed well. I wonder if other reviewers who said it left a taste wouldn't have washed it away. After rinsing, it is completely tasteless. I also use it for cherries, plums, nectarines and some veggies. I regularly soak raspberries and blackberries in a mixture of white vinegar and water to prevent mold growth instead of soap (soak in white vinegar and water, drain, then let dry, do not rinse. The vinegar taste goes away). when dry.)
