Like: Simple design without timers, clocks, alarm clocks and digital junk for the ultra-lazy consumer. Customer service and communication are slow but that's probably due to the current COVID panic. After a little push via email (I refused to pay for the return shipping), the seller agreed to issue a refund and allowed us to keep the defective unit. does anyone need it Dislikes: Despite claims that the coffee tastes better due to the higher brewing temperature, there's no noticeable difference in flavor between this coffee maker's performance and any other machine I've owned in the last 50 years. The off timer is not working and the coffee will remain on the burner until it has evaporated (or you manually turn it off). We don't like drinking burnt coffee and bought this machine specifically because it shuts itself off after 2 minutes.
