Got a cheap 4 cup model (probably less than $20) instead of the fancy 5 cup model which I paid over $40 for. The new wand was stuck on an old model box with a poor quality product inside. Update: Revain sent another one. It still wasn't the right model! And it was repackaged so apparently someone else got the wrong model and sent it back!

This coffee machine has been awarded five stars. It makes and keeps coffee hotter than any other coffee maker I've ever had. One star is due to the fact that there is no way to purchase a replacement carafe, now the contact information, whatever it is, there is no way to contact the company to find out. Prepares delicious hot coffee. Very easy to use. The filter worries me. There are no problems yet, but fragility is felt. I'm very careful not to pierce it with my finger. Otherwise I'm satisfied. I put it before bed. In the morning I press the on/off button and while I shower, coffee is already waiting for me. It's that easy. I don't need a programmable coffee maker. I'm retired and don't get up at the same time every day. This takes about 7 minutes and makes 2 cups. Ideal.

First off, this little 5 cup coffee maker is the perfect size for me. I drink about five cups in the morning to keep myself energized while writing.
