This coffee machine has been awarded five stars. It makes and keeps coffee hotter than any other coffee maker I've ever had. One star is due to the fact that there is no way to purchase a replacement carafe, now the contact information, whatever it is, there is no way to contact the company to find out. It is a waste of resources if you have to buy a competitive coffee machine just for the carafe and not for an environmentally conscious company. Expensive, no carafe exchange, no customer service.
