Inaccurate description and bad smell

First, the product description is wrong. Sheet sizes are 12 inches by 15-1/2 inches. I don't understand why the manufacturer and seller advertise it as 12" x 16". Did they think no one would notice they shorted a consumer by nearly 10-1/2 feet per pack? At 350°F, parchment gives off a chemical odor that smells vaguely like fish. At 450°F the odor intensifies and the parchment becomes very brittle and crumbles easily. I refuse to cook with chemical fumes of unknown origin, so I threw away all packaging.

Pros

MULTIPLE USES: This is a very common and easy to use item in the kitchen and daily when you want to bake cookies, cakes, macaroons, bread, pizza, buns or serve fries, bake or bake wings, hamburgers even a sandwich, croissant or hot dog, gifts, etc.
