Don't buy them. At least not from Imagine Products, which is where my supplier came from. I ordered 3 the first time. One was already broken. Please note this is not the quality of vinyl sleeves you would buy from Lowe's. It's a cheaper brittle plastic. So I installed the two I had and one broke immediately when I pressed it against the wall. So I only used one of the first three. I ordered a spare and another to replace the broken one. I received these two and they didn't even include mounting screws. So now I have to buy other inserts from Lowe's just to get the mounting screws. Just don't order these and save yourself the headache.
