I was looking for a way to save space on my desk and thought this table lamp would be a great option. So far, so good! I took this one because of the lower price than others. It feels cheap and the plastic construction is a bit flimsy, but it's not terrible. Installation is easy, with a plastic spring clip that attaches to the top, back, and front of the monitor. It's not the strongest hold, but it holds up great for me. The front of the clip that sits on my screen is the perfect size as it only covers the frame of my monitor which is about 1cm. The clamp used to attach the light source is large and requires the flat back of the monitor to close center This is my monitor's fault as other table lamps usually use the same clip. The USB cable is quite long (too long for my case) but nice to have. The controls are on a cable long enough that I can easily attach it to the back of the monitor closer to the bottom for easy access and out of the way. There are 3 color/time options and a wide range of brightness! I mainly use cool white light and at max brightness it lights up my desk nicely! The light bar is about 16 inches long and the lighting is wide enough to cover most of my large table. Unfortunately there are technically 2 angles that light can be angled at, but it might as well be 1. The normal angle is at the bottom of the table and doesn't cause any glare from my monitor. I am impressed. The other "corner" directs the light directly onto your face. I assume it's used to light up the rest of the room? But for my use, it's just meant to point to my table, and that's what it does for me. It would be great if the lightbar had the ability to have different angles. The LEDs do not flicker, the light is evenly distributed. No complaints here. I am happy with my purchase for the price. He does what I want. It's not the best build quality and I'm not sure how long it will last, but since I don't plan on moving it, hopefully it will last a while.
