My son was thrilled. Although it is 8 years old and broke after 3 months. The cable broke in 1 spot. I then noticed that it was part of a piece in a different area. I would rate it a 5 if continued. I will contact the company and see if they offer a solution. Update (11/27/18) on customer support - I called a week ago and only got their voicemail. She left a message twice with her phone number. Nobody called back. I tried again today and when I select the customer support option I get a busy signal. I've tried several times and get the same thing. Very unpleasant! Update (05/19/2020) - To be honest, after several attempts to contact us, the manufacturer exchanged the entire device. I have upgraded the product to 4 stars. My son uses it (now) almost every day. The cable broke again, but at least it lasted over a year. I plan to buy a replacement cable.
