Being truly square is something to be taken seriously. I was working on a project, a small project. Nothing worked. A simple little shadow box. In and out. I explained to my 14 year old daughter the importance of keeping things even and consistent and she knows this to all her friends. They didn't think it was that important. It wasn't a square, but part of the imagination. And what's worse, I could see that it wasn't. But my square said otherwise. In grateful anticipation, I won the argument with my daughter, and she stormed off, offended and bloated, not realizing she'd won. I started comparing my squares to each other, going through a lot of paperwork, checking my squares, drawing lines and flipping them over. Ironically, my path to the squares is not square, some few, others few. That's why I ordered this machinist angle, I don't know what I would do without it, I sent everything. I don't use it as a daily workstation, although I could. It stays in my locked toolbox. I only use it to line up my table miter saw and to check the correctness of my other tools, it feels good in my hand. Precise and easy to read, I would definitely recommend it to a friend And I'm considering buying another 1A in the future, does what a good price should do
