It was easy to connect with our team. The support has been superb! I don't have any complaints at this time. If you are looking for an ERP system that will grow your business in ways other systems cannot; then give it a try! We need ERP Systems that do more than just take up space on a shelf or dashboard screen so we made sure ours does all of those things including but not limited to Inventory tracking, Payroll processing & Accounting capabilities. I like that it helps to track performance of my team members across different departments in our organization. It also allows us to assign tasks as well which makes work more efficient. The fact that this software doesn't have any real security features or protection from hackers keeps me worried about its safety when working with sensitive business information such as financials. This application has helped streamline processes within our warehouse department thus increasing productivity.
