The support from CA is great! They are always willing to help with any issues you may have. I had an issue that was not resolved for many months after contacting them multiple times. It took until they finally got back in touch with me about it being fixed. We were using their software to print documents for our customers. There wasn't anything specific that i disliked but they could improve upon some of the features. Make sure that you pick up the phone when calling or emailing customer service so there's no lag time between messages getting through. Their system has been working well since its implementation.
