This is a normal product.

Not a bad charger, looks good and so on. It's not always reliable, there are times when I put my controller on the charger, the charger fails. The indicators flash quickly in orange. I have to unplug and plug the power cord back in to reset the charger. That only happens every now and then. Also, it charges my controller perfectly.
