Based on my experience this pillow has made a huge difference in my sleep. The memory foam contours perfectly to my neck and head, providing support and comfort .My nights have been peaceful since I started using it. The soft cover adds an extra layer of coziness. However, the pillow may feel too firm for those who prefer a fluffier TEXTURE. Overall, a great addition to any Home and Kitchen for a good nights sleep!
